With a Level 1 Thermography certification, he is skilled in the use of cutting-edge technological tools to accurately detect anomalies, regardless of the age or type of building. He offers his clients rigorous, comprehensive inspections that are always focused on quality.

Frédéric Gobeil is a versatile and experienced building inspector. Graduating in bricklaying and masonry in 2012, he gained solid experience as an apprentice bricklayer mason until 2015. He then broadened his skills by obtaining a diploma in tiling in 2016, while continuing to perfect his skills as an apprentice tiler until 2019.
In 2020, he consolidated his knowledge by completing the AEC in Building Inspection. Since then, he has worked as a commercial building inspector, using his expertise to ensure the compliance and safety of commercial structures. Building on his commitment and professionalism, he also launched his residential building inspection business in 2023, offering his services to homeowners concerned about the quality and safety of their homes. His diverse background and commitment make him a trusted inspector, always ready to guarantee the integrity of the constructions he assesses.
Thierry Daguste is a passionate and skilled building inspector. His journey in the construction industry began in 2017 when he undertook studies in architecture, nurturing his passion for building design and structure. In 2019, he broadened his skills by specializing in the construction and installation of interior systems, acquiring practical expertise in the design of interior spaces.
In 2021, Thierry put his skills to good use by moving into apartment renovations, where he demonstrated his ability to transform existing spaces while meeting quality and safety standards. Building on his experience in the field, he continued his studies and graduated as a building inspector in 2023.
Since then, Thierry has put his expertise and knowledge of the construction process to work for his customers as a residential and commercial building inspector. His diverse background enables him to grasp both the technical and aesthetic aspects of the buildings he inspects, ensuring complete and accurate inspections for building safety and compliance. His dedication and professionalism make him a valuable asset to the building inspection industry.

With a solid, multidisciplinary background, Mohamed Fawzi has over 15 years of technical experience in the fields of construction, energy, and environmental health. His expertise is based on a rigorous, scientific approach focused on the sustainable improvement of living environments.
With a bachelor’s degree in geophysics obtained in Morocco in 2005—equivalent to a Canadian university bachelor’s degree—Mohamed began his career as a water treatment technician. This initial experience allowed him to develop a deep understanding of systems, built environments, and their impact on the health and safety of occupants. Settling in Quebec, he continued his professional development by continually expanding his skill set.
Between 2011 and 2013, he completed specialized training in oil-fired combustion equipment mechanics (Daniel Johnson School) and pest management (SOFAD School). Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, he then founded his own pest control company, which he successfully ran for six years. This experience strengthened his sense of responsibility, field management, and customer service.
In a constant desire to evolve, Mohamed obtained an AEC in building inspection at the Institut Grasset (2020-2021) as well as training in energy assessment – Rénoclimat program. From 2021 to 2024, he worked as an energy efficiency consultant, assisting numerous owners in optimizing the energy and economic performance of their buildings.
In 2025, he joined the Groupe JPH team as a building inspector. He uses his rigor, analytical eye, and attention to detail to provide comprehensive, structured, and reliable inspections that comply with best practices in the field.
For Mohamed, a quality inspection is based above all on a comprehensive understanding of the building, clear and accessible information, and absolute respect for the client. His goal is to help owners and buyers make informed, sustainable, and safe decisions.

With a background focused on people, observation, and rigor, Lentz-Ly Vius brings a unique approach to building inspection. After studying nursing in 2018, he developed a keen eye for detail and visual analysis through cinematography in 2020, which now enriches his practice. Following this training, he founded his own videography company, consolidating his expertise in visual observation and precision.
In 2023, he discovered the profession of inspector and joined Groupe JPH, attracted by its transparency and emphasis on customer support. He now offers comprehensive, clear, and accessible inspections, guided by respect, attentiveness, and a desire to help buyers make informed decisions.
