Taking possession

What you need to know about a possession inspection

A pre-acceptance inspection is an essential step before handing over the keys to a new building.

The future owner, together with a building inspector, checks that the work complies with the agreed plans and standards. This inspection covers the quality of finishes, electrical installations, plumbing and many other building components, and the absence of any apparent defects.

Any problems are noted in a report. The builder must correct these findings before the official handover of keys.

Quality of service

Our mission is to inspect every detail with the utmost rigor, leaving nothing to chance, to give you total peace of mind and absolute confidence in the condition of your property or future home.
